This is why you can't leave me alone with large-diameter pipe. I do terrible things to people's cars.
What's actually happening is the conversion of noise to speed for an upcoming autocross.

This is the definition of suspense.

O my god the suspense was killing me. I don't know why I was expecting something involving the garage door and some body damage. Then I burst into laughter when you rolled out hanging out the window with that exaust.

Not that the city of Flint would know it's any different from half the cars there.

The only CRV I've ever wanted. Job well done!

Having owned a 1st gen CR-V, I've always had a special place in my heart for that car. But, really, does cutting tailpipe out of the equation really make that much difference in power? I would think putting some low profile tires on them steelies would give it more grip as well as lower the gear ratio of the car. But, I do like those rugged looking tires you're running there. I could never convince my wife to toughen up the looks of her CR-V with some off road tires. Good luck.

Yes, yes you did.

The point really isn't power. It's my friend's car, and he autocrosses it. It's very slow. It has underglow. It's a troll car. So we might as well make it loud for the next race, right? Deafen ALL the track workers!

haha I hate that when I'm working! Also what class is a CR-V in?

The autocross nearby is sponsored by my university rather than the SCCA, so there aren't classes. Which means this goes on the same timing board as an EVO X. Hence the trolling.
